Comments : Chief Tony Myers, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to your crews from station 61 along with ambulance 58 and medic 97. On Tuesday 25th of May at approximately 1900 hours I was involved in a motorcycle accident on West Forest Avenue where I was knocked unconscious. I awoke to the compassionate care of your crews in particular Paul Anthony who calmed and reassured me alongside the road. I cannot emphasize how those first few moments of care made my recovery outcome positive to where I was discharged from the hospital yesterday. With some broken bones and bruises I was able to walk upon discharge from the hospital. My steps are still a little unsteady but I’m walking in a large part to treatment I received from the first responders from your company. Please let them know of my gratitude for the care I received as by my perception it was nothing short of excellent professionals performing compassionately. Brian Britcher Firefighter BCFD Rescue 1
